Settling In At Home

Finally my parents are reunited with me and we're settling in at home again after almost 2 weeks of being away in Colorado. Being at Camp Lydia's was fun, but I miss my parents (not too much, but I'm just saying it to make mum happy) and I'm glad to be home again. Being home means I get to be mummy's boy again.
Who goes there?

It is very difficult being as adorable as I am... but someone's gotta do it.

Mum says that in Colorado, the sun shines about 300 days every year, but it can still be cold in winter. She decided to show me how she was dressed, and dressed me up to give me a better picture.

Its a good thing I'm a boy, cos I am convinced that if I was a girl, Mum would put bows and flowers in my hair (as shown in pic).

Whenever I come back from Nanny Lydia's, I take about 1-2 days to recuperate. I run so much, and play so much, that it takes me time to get back to 100% strength again.

Playing with my favorite toy of the moment, the yellow monkey

Daddy, are you going to play with me? Yippeeee..

Love,
Kimi

Hiya Kimi
It is exhausting being with friends and playing so hard. You look very happy to be home.
Which ski resort did your mum & dad go to? My pinkies like to ski but have never been to Colorado.

Kimi Boy!

Whether you missed them or not, it sure looks like THEY missed YOU! Obviously, you're very secure in your masculinity to willingly be photographed in all those accessories (especially the bow) your mama was piling on you.

Rest up in between wrasslin' bouts and wars of tug with your dad!

Goober love,
Stanley

Hi Noah,

Over this past ski trip, my parents went to Copper Mt, Beaver Crk and Vail. One of their best friends live there in the mountains, so they go skiing there with him and get free lodging. They've also been to Breckenridge and Aspen on previous trips. Colorado skiing is fun, cos they have bigger mountains and better ski resorts than here in Washington. My parents have been to Whistler and they say it is world class. One of the best ever.

Hugs,
Kimi

You look great in all of your glamour shots, but I agree with you man! It's a good thing you aren't a girl, or you would have to wear all of that girly crap in your hair and ears. EWWWWWW

Welcome home, Kimi! That's a really cool monkey! Our pawrents used to live near Peak 'n' Peak ski resort in New York State. They could watch people skiing down the slopes, but neither of them ever tried it. They did spend a lot of time in the lodge, though!

Hi Kimi...
We love your blog. You have inspired us to start our own! We are Scotties but will be adding an Airedale to our home soon.

Our mom designs doggie knitwear and she would love to make you one of her "Poppem" scarves. She says it will give her an idea about knitting them for our Airedale. Here is what she needs: Your neck measurement and then for the leg loops take a tape measure and go across the back, around under the leg, back across the back, around under the other leg, and meet up with the beginning of the tape measure. For us Scotties it is 40 inches, but the loop for Kimi would be bigger. These loops keep the scarf from moving around and are so comfortable we forget we are wearing it! Everything is handknit and makes us look very handsome. People stop us all the time to tell us how beautiful we are.

By the way, we live in Portland, Oregon and sometimes we visit Seattle. Our mom lived there for a couple of years a long time ago. She said that she has been to Issaquah.

Scottie salutes,
MackieJo(boy, MacKenzieJo) and BonnieJean(girl)
